Ufotable said on Twitter that episode 11 will be the last one in the Swordsmith Village Arc of Demon Slayer. It will be shown on Sunday, June 18, which is when the show usually airs. The Conclusion of the Demon Slayer Series is Drawing Near

There are eleven story arcs in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba comics series. The ninth is the Swordsmith Village Arc. Several story arcs have been used in previous seasons of the series. The first circle started the season, and the sixth ended it. After the first season, there was a movie called Demon Slayer the Movie: Mugen Train. The first part of the second season is made up of seven parts of this movie. The eighth season of the show, which had eleven episodes, followed and told the story of the Entertainment District Arc. Similar to other stories in the series, this arc could be the last one for this season before the tenth one starts.

Before we continue, here are some more captivating articles you won’t want to miss-

Based on patterns seen in earlier seasons and arcs, especially the Entertainment District arc, it was first thought that Demon Slayer’s third season could have anywhere from twelve to eighteen episodes. Now, it looks more likely that the eleventh show will be the last one of this season. There have been thirteen episodes, but the end has come very quickly since the first and last shows will each be two hours long. If things keep going the way they are, the show might end in two or three more seasons, based on whether the last arc is really split into two parts like it is in the manga. Aside from key visuals or statements from ufotable, there has been no official word about the next arc or season.

It’s sad that the third season of Demon Slayer might be almost over, but the fact that there will be another double-length episode so soon means that the ending will probably be very exciting. It also means that Zenitsu and Inosuke probably won’t be in this season at all, even though they made a short appearance at the end of Episode 9 to share the title of Episode 10. With that said, season 3 might be one of the shorter seasons of the show. At this point, it would be better for the show to run for another season or two.

To make the third season longer, it wouldn’t be smart to rush through the last few story arcs of Demon Slayer. This is especially true if the story beats allow for a shorter section now that leads to a longer fight later. The pace of the third season has been off because it’s been much slower than the previous seasons. However, the end of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’s Swordsmith Village Arc on June 18 makes a lot more sense.
